Actual scope, deliverables, pricing, timelines, and liability for any engagement are defined exclusively in the executed MSA and SOW.
3. Use of the site
You may view, share, and link to the public pages of this site for non-commercial reference. You may not:
- Scrape the site for training datasets without written permission.
- Republish substantial portions of our content as your own.
- Attempt to access non-public infrastructure, deployment URLs, or staging environments.
- Use automated tools to flood our contact channels.
4. Intellectual property
Site content, copy, and design are © 2026 FineCore LLC. Case-study descriptions reference work delivered to clients; client-owned IP remains the property of the respective clients. Trademarks, logos, and product names of third parties referenced on this site belong to their respective owners.
5. No contract formed by browsing
Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to perform services or a binding commitment to pricing or timeline. A binding engagement requires an executed MSA and SOW countersigned by both parties.

This site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Case-study outcomes, metrics, and reference patterns are descriptive of past or representative work and do not guarantee equivalent results in any future engagement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FineCore LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site. For paid engagements, liability is governed exclusively by the MSA.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, NY.
